The Logic Behind TVP
Think about how gas pumps verify customers: the card is inserted or tapped, then the pump asks for a billing ZIP code before approval. TAP|VERIFY|PAY uses that same practical logic and takes it further for in-person merchants by combining tap-to-pay with CVV2/CVC and ZIP verification before the transaction is processed.

The customer is physically present at the place of business and taps their card on the Sunmi V2s payment device.
