  • NMI – Our backend payment gateway infrastructure provider. Merchant data shared is limited to what is required for VAR sheet submission and account provisioning.
  • Sunmi – For device warranty registration and hardware support where applicable.
  • Firebase / Google – Our cloud infrastructure provider for data storage and authentication.
  • Service providers – Trusted vendors who assist in operating our business (e.g., email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.

JDMH does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic stripe data. Card data is encrypted and tokenized at the point of capture. JDMH only retains transaction identifiers and metadata necessary for reporting and support.
